Guess what? Taking another 36 hour test, this time on jurisprudence. Here's a look at the question for fun.

"Analyze the concept unlawful enemy combatant, which is a new concept, created by USA as a part of the war against terrorism after the 11th of September, from a legal philosophical point of view. Include in the answer a discussion of for example equality, sovereignty etc. Use different theories to elucidate the question."

It was four pages long, don't want to post it here. Basically, I treated the "unlawful enemy combatant" as a varible for any new concept and how to analyse it from various jurisprudential points of view (legal positivist, natural law, feminist, critial race theory)
